We all get sick sometimes and the body is equipped with an immune system that is always ready to work to keep us healthy. Fever is a normal and healthy response for the body. Most bacteria and viruses that cause infections in people thrive best at 98.6°F. The fever creates an environment in the body that is not suitable for these bacteria and viruses. While a fever signals to us that a battle might be going on in the body, the fever is fighting for the person, not against. In addition, a fever activates the body’s immune system to make more white blood cells, antibodies, and other infection-fighting agents. This is strengthening to the immune system in the end. When a person wants to have “freedom” on all levels the body sometimes needs help to get there. This is where Homeopathy can begin. Sickness is an imbalance within the individual. Each of us resonates at an optimum frequency which is our healthiest state, and when we are sick our frequency is altered and begins displaying symptoms of illness. These symptoms, like the fever, are natural and healthy as explained above. However, when it becomes more complicated Homeopathy will be a catalyst that allows the body to heal itself and return itself to its optimum frequency.
